were received from jasin R park register webb marshal dyer and ex mayor sharp thanking the council for extending to them the frey dom of the council chamber the following reports were read mr president biow committe n n di ciary to whom was referred 0 F no 9 a bill in relation to county recorders having considered the came report said bill and ask that it be passed on its chairman tle was adopted the bill filed tor second reading and ordered printed mr president your committee on m di ciary to whom was referred 0 F no 10 a bill for an act in relation to divorce careful said bill 1 aro of tho unanimous opinion that the ends of justice would not be sub served by the enacting into law of the provisions of said bill and th e bill is therefore returned herewith with the recommendation men dation that it be rejected chairman the report was adopted and the bill rejected on motion of mr woolley C F no 5 a bill for an act to provide for the classification of municipal corporations and
