Good crop-growing crop-growing weather throughout the country prevallod during the week ending yesterday, yester-day, according to tho weekly weather bulletin of the department of agriculture. It says: "In tho states of the spring wheat sections sec-tions Improvement Is duo to timely rnln, that occurred In the more southern portions por-tions of the district. High temperatures arc again prevailing. No rainfall has occurred oc-curred over the more northern portions, especially of North Dakota and tho northern portions of Minnesota and Wisconsin. "Some good rains occurred In the western west-ern portions of the groat plains states, but it Is generally becoming too dry along the entire slope of the Rocky mountains moun-tains To the west of tho Rockies, temperatures tem-peratures wcro generally favorable, but It Is becoming very dry' on the ranges, especially In the central and southern portions, where the rainfall has been unusually un-usually deficient, and much damage has resulted. Irrigation water is holding out well In tho northern portions, but In the central and southern sections the streams are getting low.
