Pleasant swore lo a complaint Saturday forenoon against Ha'rry Revler, owner of automobile No. SS4, charging him with a violation of the speed ordinance and likewise with splashing splash-ing muddy water upon the best waist of Miss Clara Ottcn. Tho complaint was Issuod by Assistant City Attorney W. S. Dalton.
