before the court this morning on an indictment charging him with wilfully mingling poison strychnine in sugar with intent to bodily injury to niels andersen and another person the defendant plead not guilty BOTH TOOK TO PLEAD lewis larsen appeared this morning for arraignment on an indictment charging him with unlawful cohabitation after saying he would take the statutory time to plead the clerk read to him another indictment charging him with adultery with his wife he also took time to plead to this indictment lauritz larsen was also arraigned on the usual charge being to understand der
