Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT. ' Raymond-Illinois Mining company, principal prin-cipal place of business. Salt Lake City, Utah: mines at Eureka, Utah. Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, duly held Marcli 1, 1909, an assessment of one-half a cent per share per month, for thrco months, was levied on tho outstanding capital stock of tho corporation, payablo to M. B. Johnson, at room 506, Atlaa building, as follows: One-half cent per share payablo Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 31st day of March, 1909. will be delinquent and advertised for sale at -public auction, auc-tion, and. unless payment Is made before, will be sold on the 16th day of April, 1909, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with tho cost of advertising and expense of sale. One-half cent per share shall bo pay-ayble pay-ayble on tho 17th day of April. 1909. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on tho 17th day of May. 1909, will be delinquent and advertised for salo at public auction, and, unlesa payment is made before, will bo cold on the 2d day of June, 1909, to pay the delinquent de-linquent assessment, together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale. One-half cent per share shall bo payable pay-able on tho 3d day of June. 1909.
