Show I ANTLERED HERD OF UTAH WiLL I ENTERTAIN THE GRAND OFFICERS Tho antlcred herd of Elks of Utah, led by No. So of Salt Lako and their bunch of live ones, aro planning a big reception to tho largest antler of them all Grand Exalted Ruler R. L. Holland Hol-land and his corps of grand ofliccrs, who will be hero the first part of the coming week. The secretary of Salt Lake lodge, B. P. O. E., A. W. Raybould, is now, in Los Angeles, arrauging matters at that end in connection with tho affair. The grand exalted rulor has been at the City of tho Angels for some days now, completing arrangements for the 1909 annual reunion of tho Elks, -which occurs oc-curs next July, and will stop at Salt Lako on his return trip. The fivo lodges in Utah Salt Lake, Park City, Ogden, Provo and Eureka have joined together to make this event ono of the greatest in local Elkdom, and their committees already have been appointed and aro in tho harness. Tt has not yet been decided just tho character" of the reception and entertainment, enter-tainment, but the purple and white bows" know how to entertain, and the grand lodge ofllcers will know there has boon something doing when it is all over.
