Show INTERESTING WEDDING Dr. David Moffat Gillespie Married to Miss Lillian Brechemin. 1 LONDON", July 20 An interqsting marriage ceremony was celebrated at St. Margaret's chapel, Westminster, the scene of so mau' American weddings, wed-dings, at noon today. Dr. David Moffat Mof-fat Gillespie, son of the late William Gillespie of New York, aud a nephew of David Moffat, the Denver financier, was married to Lillian Brechemin. the daughter of Lieut.-Col. Louis Brechemin Breche-min of the United States arm-. The bride wns given away by her father. Capt. Sydnev A. Cloman, the American military attache, was the best man. and Miss 'Helen De Young was, maid of honor. Tho bride, who is a blonde, was robed in a gown of Ninon point luce, and wore a chain of pearls and diamonds, dia-monds, the gift of Mr. and Mrs. M. H. De Young. She also wore a brooch of diamonds and rubies, the gift of the groom. Miss Helen De Young wore a gown of pink chiffon, trimmed with Valenciennes laco and a largo while hat" covered with flowers. Among those, who attended the ceremony cere-mony and tho wedding breakfast at tho Westminster Palace hotel were Mrs. Mary Gillespie, mother of tho groom; Mr3. Brechemin. mother of the bride; Mr. and Mrs. M. If. Do Young of Sau Francisco, and their daughters, Helen, Constanco and Kathleen: Mrs. Mcxica Capron and Mrs.. Natalie of Washington; Washing-ton; Captain and Mrs'. Cloman and Sig-mund Sig-mund Boll of San Francisco. The couple will. make a tour of England Eng-land this summer and then will return to New York to reside. |
