Show WITH THE WHEEL MENThe MEN-The Opal club had 0 moat succesful outing yesterday Over sixty members took part in the wheel l run to Hills farm and two wagons carried several 1 friends as well as the luncheon for the entire party The start to the farm was made at 0 a m from the Ladles Literary clubhouse Upon the arrival of all at the farm two nines were selected and a sixinning hal game was played Lunch was had at noon and after an hours Itist nearly every body In the party secured a flshpole and line and for over two hours llshed In the small ponds C 1 Berry went out In a boat and after catching a few cat I llsh got what he thought was a snag FEe turned around in his boat and snag about to untangle his line when there was a great splash and Into the lake he wont It was a largo trout weighing over six pounds that had caught Capt Berry in an unbalanced position and with a hard and sudden jerk pulled him out of the boat The llsh swam around the pond pulling the pole and line and finally broke the line before he could be secured Berry greatly enjoyed his bath and so did those who saw him 0 TT B Freeman and Hard Downing are coming here next month On the Fourth they will race ai Dayton 0 and on the 13th llth and 15th in Milwaukee Mil-waukee after which meet they will come here for the remainder of the season i a The cycle path which Is being built in Liberty park will be completed soon and will be one of tho best cycle paths in the United Stales Iis being made plenty wide enough for abmany as will I want to ride at any one time |
