The party's annual Jefferson-Jackson Day dinner Saturday night is expected to attract party members from all parts of the state. And so is the first annual convention of the Federated Women's Clubs of Utah which convenes earlier in the day. On the national level the Diamond Jubilee celebration for former President Harry S. Truman early in May is another indication of party activity which shows growing spirit among Democrats throughout the nation.
