And now comes the information from Denver that, 1 commencing July 10th, the Colorado Midland train will arrive at Denver Den-ver at 8:10 a. m., instead of 8:50 a. m., as at present. This is the train which connects with the Rio Grande Western No. 2, leaving Salt Lake City at 8 a. m., the time consumed con-sumed from Salt Lake City to Denver being twenty-four hru-s end ten minutes. This is the fastest train between Salt Lake City and Denver. The Fraternity Publishing company filed articles of incorporation with Secretary Sells today. Ihe object of the company is to carry on a general printing and publishing publish-ing business, and to publish papers and journals devoted to secret societies, with the principal place of business at Ogden. The company will exist for fifty years. The capital cap-ital stock is placed at 5000, and the officers are W. S. Stone, president; W. II. Turner, vice-president; J. S. Corlew, secretary and treasurer. Articles of incorporation of the Corinne, Malad Valley A Northern Railroad company com-pany were filed with Secretary Sell3 today. Ihe corporation will last for fifty years. The business of the company will be to construct, own, operate and maintain a line of railroad frem Corinne, City, Utah, to .Butte city, JHout., with the principal place of business at Corinne City. The capital stock is placed at $3,000,000, divided iuto 30,000 shares of the par value of $100 each. The names of the directors for the first term are Ilenrv M. Jarvis, Francis E. Roche, t T. D.
