Show AN ORDINANCE TO FIX THE SALARIES ef certain city officers and employes. i il Ordained, By the City Coancil of the citv of Sait Lake, in pnrsaance of the resolution of said City Council, duly passed at its snecial session ses-sion held on the 13th dav of March, 1892, and on the 23th day of March, 18112. Se' tlon 1. The salary of the City Attorney hall be two thousand five hundred dollars per annum. The salary ot the Assistant City Attorney Attor-ney shall be fifteen hundred dollars per annum. The salary cf the Snperiieo; ot Streets shall be two thousand dollars jT annum, 'i he salary of the Superintendent of 8ewer Construction shall be two thousind collars per annum. The salary of the City exton shaj be twelve hundrel dollars dol-lars i er annuui and commission of 20 per cent on all sales of burial lots in said city cemeteiy. The alary of the Superintendentof Waterworks shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary sal-ary of the Police Justice ahall be fifteen hund ed dollars per annum. The salary ot the-water master shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the chief of the fire department hall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the clerk of the police conrt shall be twelve hundred dollars per annum. Section 2. Sach salaries shall be paid in equal monthly installments ont of the city treasury at the end of each month, and the salaries herein fixed shall remain as the salaries of the officers and employee herein 'named until changed by the city council. Section 3. Such parts of former ordinances as purport to fix or regulate the salaries of the officers offi-cers named in the first section hereof are hereby repealed.
