Show TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, ANDREW J. Varney. by hie certa n deed of trust dated the 7th day of February, and duly recorded in the Recorder's office in the County of Salt Lake, in the Territory of I' tab, in Book 2 L of Mortares, pages 271, 272 and 273, sold and conveyed to the undersigned, trustees, the following "described property, towit, situated in the City and t'oui.tv of Salt Lake, Territory of Utah, hoin; a nart of Lot five (5 in Block thirty-four -J4 of Fist '-A,'' Salt Lake City Snrvey, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lo?, thence South tea (10) rods, thence Ea.-t seven and one-half (7) rods, thence North ten (IP) rods and Jhence est seven and one-half (74) rods to said place of commencement; in trust for the pnrpos-e of securing the payment of three certain negotiable negoti-able promissory notes made l.y said Varney, being be-ing for the sum of seven thousand $7,'H") dollars dol-lars each, dated at said Salt Lake City, February 7th, leDO, and payable two, three and four years respectively after raid date to the order of John i. Longman, for value received, without defalcation defalca-tion or discount, at the Union .National Pank of Salt Lake City, with interest from date until raid, at the rate of ten per cent per annum, and if the interest be not paid annually it shall become be-come us principal nnd bear the fame rate of interest, the said interest however, to be due and payable annual y, and which said notes are particularly described in said deed of trnst: and wh rea, according to the terms and conditions of said notes and said deed of trust, one of said notes is dnc and no part thereof lias been paid; and whereas, it as and is provided in said deed of trust that should default be ma le in the payment of any one of said notes or the interest in-terest that may accrue there n as provide! therein, all of Sitid notes won id then become due and at the request of the holder of said notes said undersigifed, trustees, should proceed to sell mid property or so much thereof as may be necessary, at public auction to the highest bidder for rash, for the purpose of paying said notes, and fulfilling fulfill-ing and discharging tne duties and obligations of said trust; ami whereas, the legal owner snd fiolder of said promissory notes has requested the said nnderslgned, trustees, to proceed to sell said property, under and according t3 the terras and provisions of sa'd deed of trust and to discbarge dis-cbarge the duties and obligations thereof; Now, therefore, we the undersigned, trustees aforesaid, at the request of the said legal owner, and holder of said promissory nctef-, will, in accordance ac-cordance with the terms and condiiknH of said deed of trust on Monday the Hth day of August, 1S2. in the City of Sait Lake aforesaid, at the north front door of the City Hall of Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, at twelve o'clock, noon, of that day, sell at public auction to the highest bidder bid-der for ca.-h. said property or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay said notes and interest and to satisfy the same and discharge the duties imposed on iis bv said deed of trust.
