I Now at the request oi such holder of said note, the undersigned as such trustees and under the powers conferred oh them by soid trust deed, will, on Saturday, the 9th day of April, 1892, at 12 o'clock m. of that day, nt the front door of the Sait Lake County Court House, in Salt Lake City, Utah, fell to tha highest bidder for cash, aid deserihed property or so much thereof as necessary to pay and satisfy the unpaid amount of said note, and said insurance and the costs of sale, including attorneys fees and compensation com-pensation to the undersigned trustees.
