Show Trustee's Sale. VrrnEKEAS, OSCAR R. ZIFF, OFTIIECIT1 t and county of Salt Lake and territory of I' tah, by his certain deed of trust dated the '4th day of I ebruary. A. D. 1890, and duly recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County of Salt Lake on the 14th day of February. A. D. 1H90. in Book 2L, of mortgages, at page 164-5-6 of the records of sail County, conveyed, to the undersigned Edward ft. Wicks of trie City of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, nieces and parcels of land situate, lytntr .and being in the County of Salt Lake ana Territory of Utah, described des-cribed as follows, to wit: block 7 of Poplar drove addition to Sa't Lake City, said bid k 7 consisting of 4:i lots numbered froin 1 to '0 inclusive, inclu-sive, to secure to Charles II. Toll the payment of two certain promissory notes hearing even date with said Tleed of trust each for the sum of $2000 and each bearing interest from said date ::t the rate of eight eyTpcr cent per annum payable semiannually, semi-annually, one of said notes being due ana payable six months after its s;.id date and the other thereof twelve m intns after its said date. And whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that should default be mude in the payment of the said notes or any part thereof, or of any of the interest thereon or any part thereof as the same should become due and payable, or in case of the breach of any of the covenants contained in said deed of trust, then the said Trustee the undersigned, un-dersigned, the said Edward B. Wicks may proceed to sell said describad property or any part thereof at public vendue for cash at the fro.it door of the county court house in the City of Salt Lake, County of" Salt Luke and Territory of I'tah, ill t giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of sale and the property prop-erty to be sold by advertisement in some newspaper news-paper printed in the English language and published pub-lished in the County of Salt Lake aforesaid. And whereas no payments either of principal or interest have been made upon either of sajd notes except that interest has i.een paid there n to February 14, ISHi. and that there has bt en paid upon the principal of said sis months note the sum of .so, and there is now due thereon the sum of $3430 with interest at the rate pf eight per cent per annum from tiie 14th day of February, A. D. 1891, and the said Oscar It. Zipf ts in default in the payment of both the principal and the interest in-terest due upon said notes, as aforesaid, and whereas there has been released from the operation opera-tion of said trust deed all of lots 1. 2, IT, IS, 19 SO of said block 7, of Poplar Grove addition, Now therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said notes by virtue of the power and authority in me vested under and by .he terms of said deed of trust, I, Edward B. Wtcks, tru-t-e as aforesaid, will on Saturday, the 23d day of April. 1888, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. as. at the front door of the County Court House in the ity of Salt Lake, County of" Salt Lake ai d Territory of Utah, sell the said real property and premises hereinbefore and in said deed of tratt fully described, des-cribed, except that part released as aforesaid, and ail the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption redemp-tion of the said Oscar R. Zipf, his heirs and assigns as-signs therein, at public vendue for cash to the highest bidder therefor for the purpose of paying the amount due as aforesaid for principal ai.d interest in-terest upon saiu notes to the dayof sale, tog' ti:er w ith tiie costs and expenses of executing the said trust.
