Show ILL HID THE CITY TODAY. Tintic Tunnel Company. The Tintic tunnel company has filed ar-Jicles ar-Jicles of incorporation with County Clerk Allen. The object of this corporation is to conduct the business of mining and milling of ores, smelting, leaching, concentrating, buying and selling of ores, and to do nil things that are in any way appertaining to mines, mining and reduction of ores. The capital stock is $1,350,000, divided into 500, 000 shares, at $350 each. The principal oliice shall be in Salt Lake. The capital stock is secured by the following follow-ing mining claims and lodes situated in the Bp! Tintic mining district, Juab county: The lliur Eastern, Protection. Mammoth, Tintic Tunnel, and other claims kuown as the East Bay. The following is the amount of stock held by each of the incorporators: Johu Beck, 40.01.0 shares; A. E. Hyde, 40.000; L. G. Hardy, 10,000; J. W". Fox, jr., 10,000; W. H. Roye, 10,000; S.'S. Jones, 40,000; C. E. Loose, 30,000. The officers sod directors for the ensuing year are: Johu Beck, president; W. II. ilowe. vice president; A. E. Hyde, treasurer, L. G. Hardy, secretary, and these, with.J. W. Fox, jr.,. S. S. Jones, and C. E. Loose, constitute trie board of directors. Three Slick Gents.
