Show Trustee's Kale. WHEREAS, OSCAR R. ZIPF, OFTHE CITY and county of Suit Lake and territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust dated the nth d:.y of February, A. D. 181(0 and duly recorded in the offiee of the Recorder of paid County of Suit Luke on tho 14th day of February, A. D. 1880, in book 3L, of mortgages, at page 164-5-6 of tho records of said County, conveyed to the undersigned Edward H. Wicks of the City of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of land situate, lving and being in the County of sialt Lake and Territory of Utah, described des-cribed as follows, to-wit: Block 7 of 1'oplar rove addition to Salt Lake city, said block 7 consisting of 40 lots numbered from l to hiinclu fee, to secure to Charles if. Toll tho payment of two certain promieeory notes haai ins e-.en date with said deefl of trust each for the sum of g.noo and each bearing interest front said dti'.e at th" rat-of eight (8) per cent per annum payable sc m i -nnuually, one of said notes being due ntl payable aix months after it s said date ami the other thereof twelve montlis after its said date. And whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that should default be made in the pu ment of the said notes or any part thereof, or of any of the Interest thereon or any part theteof as the same should become due and payable, or in case of the breach of any of the c ovenants contained in said deed of trust, then the said Trustee the un dersigned, the saul Bdward B. Wicks may proceed to sell said described property or any part thereof at public vendue for cash at the front door of t be county court house in the City of Salt Lake. County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, lirst giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of sale and the property prop-erty to be sold by advertisement in some news paper printed in the English language and published pub-lished in the County of Salt Lake aforesaid. And whereas no payments either of principal or interest have been made upon either of said notes except that interest has been paid there B to February 14. 1891, and that ther has been paid upon the principal of said six months note the turn of $580, and there is now due thereon the sum of $3430 with interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum from the 14th day of February, A. D. ISB1, and the said Oscar R. Zipf Is in default in the payment of Kith the principal and the in tercel due upon said notes, as aforesaid, and whereas there has been released from the operation opera-tion of suid trust deed all of lots I, 2, 17, lft, 19 20 of said block 7, of Poplar Grove addition, Now therefore, at the recjuest of the legal holder of said notes by virtue of the power and authority in me vested under and by r.lie terms of paid deed of trust, I, Edward B. Wicks, trustee a- aforesaid, will on Saturday, the 23d day of April, 1SH-,', at the hour of 10 o' clock a. m. at the front door of the County Court House in the City of Salt Lake, County of' Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, sell the said real property and premises hereinbefore and In said deed of triitft fully described, des-cribed, except that part released as aforesaid, and all the right, title, lienent and equity of redemption redemp-tion of the said Oscar R. Zipf, bis heirs and assigns as-signs therein, at public vendue for cash to the highest bidder therefor for the purpoiie of paying ! the amount due , aforesaid for principal and interest in-terest upon said notes to the day of sn.le, together with the costs and expenses of executing the said trust.
