The weather signal flags displayed over the board of trade building mean as follows: Number I White Hag, lU feet square, Indicate- clear weather. Number J Blue flog, six feet square, indicates indi-cates rain or snow. Number 8 white and blue Hag ( parallel bars of v bile ami blue i,si feet square, indicates indi-cates thai local rains or showers will occur, and that the rainfall will not be general. Number 4 Black triangular flag, four feet at the base and six feet in length, alwaya re. fers to temperature; when placed above number I, U or 3, Indicates warmer Weill her; when placed below number- i, a, or U, indicates colder weather: when nut displayed, the in-dicationi in-dicationi are that the temperature w 11 re-main re-main stiitiotiun , or that the change in tern perattire will not vary more than four degrees de-grees from Hie temperature of the same hour of the preceding day from March to October inclusive, and not more than six degrees for the remaining mouths of the year.
