NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT l pursuance of an order of the Probate Court of the city and county of Salt Lake, territory of I 'tah, made on the tith day of April, A. D. 1812, in the matter of the estate of Peter Erekson, deceased, de-ceased, the undersigned, the administrators of t'1' said estate, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, and subject to coutlrma tiou bv said probate court, on Monday, the 3d day of May, 1M-2. at 12 o'clock m., at the south-door south-door of the County Court House, in Salt l.ako. City and county, all the right, title, interest, and estate of the said Peter Erekson. at the time of; his death, and all the right, title, and interest thatt Hie said estate has, by operation of law or other-' w.se, acquired other than or in addition to that of the said Peter Erekson, at the time of bis death, in all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying anil being in the county of Salt Luke, territory of Utah, and bounded and described de-scribed as follows, to wit: Beginning west 1.89 chains from the southeast cornier of the northeast quarter of section at. in township a south, of range 1 west, of the Salt Lake meridian, running thence south seven (7) i ham- to vviio fence on the south bank of ditch, thence north 3 4 deg., ve.-t. along -aid fence "-.73 chains, thence north along wire fence 15.H0 chains, to point in county rond, thejtce north deg,, east about 1 rod north of ionth line of said road S.7a chains, thence south on east bank of head ditch, thorn hedge, and n w of trees 10.30 chains, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing II MMtiO acres, more or less including about 1 rod in county road.
