Show summons. In the District Court in and for the Third Judicial Judi-cial District of Utah territory, County of bait Lake. Jesre Reagan, Plaintiff, 1 vs. v Summons. Letts Reagan, Defendant. ) The People of the Territory of Utah send greet-ing greet-ing to Letta Reagan, defendant: YOU ARE HERBBY REQUIRED TO AP-pear AP-pear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the District court of the Third Judicial district of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint Ailed therein within ten days (exclusive of ihe day of service) after the service on you of thi6 summons if served within this county; or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty flays or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to the prayer of said complaint. The said action is brought to have a decree of this court divorcing plaintiff and defendant, and decreeing nuR and void the bonds of matrimony existing between them: granting p'aintiff such other and further relief in the premises as shall to the court seem just and proper, and costs of suit ; above relief prayed on two grounds, as follows, fol-lows, to wit. : First -A wilful desertion of plain tiff by defendant for more than one year next preceding rhe 11th day of April, 1S92. Second Gross neglect of duty as a wife to the plaintiff during all of the time last mentioned. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appe ir and answer the said complaint as above required, re-quired, the said plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
