Show Trustee's Sale. TI7HEREAS, OSCAR R. Z1PF, OETHECITY TT and county of Salt Lake and territory of 1 tab, by his certain deed of trust dated the lith day of February, A. D. 1WH), and duly recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County of Salt Lake ou the lith day of February, A. D. I:), in Book 3L, of mortgages, at page 164-5-ti of the records of " said County, conveyed l " the undersigned Edward B. Wicks of tho c'it of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of land situate, lying and being iu the County of Sa't Lake and Territory of Utah, described des-cribed as follows, to wit: Block 7 of Poplar Grove addition to Salt Lake City, said block 7 consisting of id lots numbered from 1 to 40 inclu-sivt-, to secure to Charles H. Toll the payment of twn certain promissory notes learing even date with said deed of trust each for the sum of $xHO0 and each bearing interest from said date at th rate of eight (8) per cent per annum payable semiannually, semi-annually, one of said notes being due and payable nx months after ,ts said date and the other thereof twelve months after iti said date. And whereas it is provided in aid deed of trust thtit should default be made in the payment of the said notes or any part thereof, or of any of tho interest thereon ot any part thereof as tiie same should become due and payable, or in case of the breach ol any of the covenants contained in said deed of trust, then the said Trustee the undersigned, un-dersigned, the said Edward B. Wicks may proceed to sell said described property or any part thereof at public vendue for cash at the froat door of the county court house In the Cit of Salt Lake, County of Salt Lake and Territory of I tali, first giving twenty days notico of the time, -dace and terms of sale und the property prop-erty so be sold by advertisement in some newspaper news-paper printed in the English language and published pub-lished in the CoB nty of isult Lake aforesaid. And whereas no payments either ot principal or interest have been made upon either of said notes except that interest hns.betn paid tueroon to February 14, 1891, ami that there has been paid upon the principal of said six mouths note th" sum of $5n, and thore is now due thereon tho sum of $.i4-M with interest at the rate of eight per cent oer annum from the 14th davof February, A. D. ISIil, and the said Oscar K. El pi Is in default in the pa ineut of both the principal and the interest in-terest due upon said note, as aforesaid, and whereas there has been released from tho operation opera-tion ot r-aid tru-t deed all of lot 1, 2, IT, 18, 1, 0 of said block 7, of Poplar Grove addition. Now therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said notes by virtue of the power and authority in me vested under and bv the terms of said deed of trust, 1, Edward B. Wicks, trustee as aforesaid, will on Saturday, the Jtod day of April, lhl, at the hour of in o'clock a. m. at the front, door of the Couat) Court Iioue in the City of Salt Lake, County of Salt Lake and Territory if Utah, sell the said real property and premises hereinbefore and in said deed of trust fully described, des-cribed, except that part released as aforesaid, and all the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption redemp-tion of the said Oscar It. Zipi, his heirs and assign-' therein, at public vendue for cash to the highest bidder therefor for the purpose of paving the amount due us aforesaid for principal and interest in-terest upon said notes to the day of sale, togetbel w ith tilts costs and expenses of execut, nr the said trust.
