ROBERTS OF THE CITY and County of Salt Lake, Territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust, dated the 2ist day of April. A- D. 1390, and duly rerorded in the office of the Recorder of said County of Salt Lake on the 21st clay of April, A. D. 1880, in Book 2P of mortgages at page J7ii et seq., of the recc rds of said county, conveyed to the undersigned jidward B. VicU.s,"of the City of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as Trust, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of laud situate, lying and being in the County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, described de-scribed as follows, to-wic: Lots numbered 2:;, 24, 25 and 245, in'Block numbered 10, of Poplar Grove Addition to Salt Lake City, to secure to Charles II. Toll the payment of two certain promissory notes bearing even date with suid deerl of trust, each benring interest from said date at the rat e of eight (8) per cent per annum, payable eemi-annu-aby, one of said notes being for $2c6.67, due and payable one year after its said date, and tiie other thereof for 866.66, and due and payable two years after its said date. And Whereas, it is provided in said deed of trust that, should default be made in the payment of aid notes, or any part thereof, or of any of the interest thereon, or any part thereof, as the same should bet oat due and payable, or in case of the breach of any of the covenants contained in said deed of trust, then the said Trustee, the undersigned under-signed Edward B. Wicks, may proceed to sell said described property, or any part thereof, at gubhc vendue for cash, at tiie trout door of the onnty Court House, in the City of Salt Lake, County of Salt Lake, and Territory of Utah, first giving twenty days' notice of the time, place and terms of sale and the property to be sold by ad-vertinement ad-vertinement in some newspaper printed in the English language and published in the Conuty of Salt Lake aforesaid; and Whereas, no payments either of principal or interest have been made upon either of the said notes, and there is now due thereon the sum of $533-rf8, with interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum, from the 21st day of April.
