Show Notice of Sale Under Deed of Trust.. YVTHEREAS. CHARLES B. GOURLAY AND V Emma O. Gourlay, his wife, on the 30th of of June, 1S90, executed and delivered to Edward B. Hodge, guardian, their certain promissory note for the sum of $1000, payable one year after date I with interest thereon at the rate of one per cent per month from date until paid and. Whereas, To secure the payment of said note according to its true tenor and effect, the said Charles B. Gourlav on said June 30, 1S90, executed exe-cuted and delivered to E. B. Critchlow as trustee of Salt Lake City and countv, Utah, a certain deed whereby they conveved to said E. B. Critchlow in trust the following described premises situate in" Salt Lade Citv and countv, Utah, to wit : All of lots one il two three (3) four W five (5) six (6) seven (T) and eight S) in block forty-1 nine(4& v; lot three (3 in block twenty-one t'21); lots three i3 nine (9) and eleven (11) in block twenty-three (23), all in Kinney and Gourlays improved im-proved city plat, which said deed wa9 duly filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake Countv, on the 9th dav of July. A. D. 1890, and recorded in Book "2 S'' of Mortgages on pases 5 to 9 thereof ; and. Whereas, Said deed provides amongst other things, that should default be made in the payment pay-ment of said note according to its true tenor arid effect, said Trustee at the request of the legal holder of said note, may proceed to sell the property prop-erty hereinbefore and in said deed described, at public auction for the highest and best price the same will bring in cash, thirty days previous notice of such sale having been given by publication publica-tion once in each week for four successive weeks, in any newspaper at that time published in eaid County of Salt Lake, and. Whereas, Default has been made by the said Charles B. Gourlay and Emma O. Gourlay in the payment of said promissory note, and request has been made by the said Edward B. Hodge, guardian, guar-dian, the holder of said note, that tha undersigned trustee proceed to 6ell and dispose of said premises. prem-ises.
