The HcraWs Santiago San-tiago cable contains an interview with Chilean Chil-ean Minister of Foreign Affairs Matta, in which he conveys the impression that the representatives of the United States in Chile had seemed to think they could in every way dictate to Chile what she should do and what she should not do.
