Saiisbury and Simon Bamberger in trust, the following described premises situate in Salt Lake Countv, Utah Territory, to wit: "Allot Lots Nineteen (iy and Twenty (20 in Block One il) of Rice fc Gelder First Addition. Said Addition beini; a subdivision of Lots Fourteen Four-teen (11) and Fifteen (15) of Block Thirteen (13), I Five Acre Plat "A" Bi Field Survey," which said deed was duly filed for record in the oftice of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County. Utah Territory, on the said 24th day of April, lsJl-and lsJl-and recorded in boot "3A" of the mortgage records of said office, on pae 4LS4; and, Whereas, said deed provides, amone other thtnes. that should default "ne made in the pay mont of ..aid note according to its true tenor and effect, said trustees, or either of them, or In case of their refusal to act or disability in any wise, the then acting Sheriff of said County, at the re, quest of the leyal holder of said note, may proceed pro-ceed to sell the property in said deed and hereinbefore herein-before described, at public vendue to thu highest b-dder, at the front door of the Court House, in the County of Salt Lake, Territory of Utah, for cash, first giving thirty days' public notice of the time, terms and place of sale, and description of the property to bo sold, bv advertisement in some newspaper printed and published m Salt Lake County, Utah; and Whereas, Said makers of said note have utterly failed and refused to pay the same or any portion thereof, and the same is now wholly due kud unpaid: un-paid: and Whereas, faid trustees first named herein are tumble to act, and have refused to act, no v, there-tcre, there-tcre, pursuant to the power In me vested by said trust deed, and at the request of the First National Na-tional J aliK of Deadwood, of the City of Deaowood, State of South Dakota, the present and lecal holder of said note, I, A.
