Whereas, to secure the payment of said note according ac-cording to its true tenor and effect, the said Mar-low Mar-low L. Cuiuinins and C D. Cuininiii''s, hip. wife, on said April "4tli, 1891, executed ana delivered to O. J. Salisbury and Simon Bamberger, Trustees, of Salt Lake City and County. I'tah Territory, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to tiie s,;nl O. .1. Salisbury and Simon Bamberger in trust, the following descrilted premises situate m Salt Lake County, I'tah Territory, to wit: "All" of Lots Nineteen (1!) and Twenty CM in Block One il) of Rice ii Oelder's First Addition. Nud Addition being a subdivision of Lots Fourteen Four-teen (14) and Fifteen dol of Block Thirteen (bit, Five Acre Hat "A" Big Field Survey,"' which said deed was duly filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County.
