Oriran. - String qiurtette and piano. A Ituyal Pa.a George C. Staley in "A Royal rass" begins his engagement at the theater tonight, which lasts but 6ue night. The story of "A Royal Pass" is one of much interest, aud full of interest, in-terest, says the New York Herald. The emotional is nicely shaded by very clever comedy. 'The drama is well worth seeing. Mr. Staley as Andreas Holler, a Swiss guide, is natural, llis I humor quiet ami effective, and his singing sweet and expressive. In his moments of dramatic, force he evi-dcuced evi-dcuced the accomplished actor. atulaud Head. Roland Reed, so well known here from his previous visits, comes to the theater I'riday and Saturday in his latest success, entitled ''Lend Mo Your Wife." The press have spoken very highly of the play aud company. Mr. Heed ou bis previous visits gave us "Cheek," "Humbug" and "The Women Hater." Mr. Reed has made a great bit in the character of Captain Abuer Tarbox. |
