The Boston Kealty building is beginning begin-ning to assume dignified proportions, being nearly completed to the third story. Nearly a score of carpenters are at work on the Walker-Fy ler building who are laying the joistsfor the lloor, of the first story. Contractors report that the surplus in the labor market is still abundant, but that it is likely it will all be absorbed ab-sorbed in tho next two weaks. The abstract offices report that they have been doing more work tho past week than nt any previous timo in six months. All of which is indicative of a good market in realty. Whittemoro & Shearman's block is rising out of the ground, part of the windows forthe first story being already in. Very little work h.t3 been done on the front, so no idea can bo formed on how it will look. Prospects were never better or the outlook brighter for a good season than they are right now, was tho salutation that greeted the reporter today in making mak-ing his rounds.
