Mul-hall Mul-hall for aid from the etiunty tic referred to the attorney for his opinion as the legal rights of the county to proceed against against the children of said petitioner pe-titioner to recover tho cost of her support sup-port if she lie made a county charge. The Salt. Lake City railway company presented a petition asking for a right of way on the south extension of Fourth East. With said petition was presented a petition by Kelsy tiillespie asking that the petition of the Salt Lake City Kailway company be granted. |
