Show AMUSEMENTS. The "Corsair." Tho famous comio opera burlesque I the "Corsair," will be produced at the Salt Lake theater four nights this week beginning tonight. Its gorgeous costumes, cos-tumes, its magnificent stage settings, its charming music and its pretty girls, all combine to Induce the large constituency constitu-ency for a good burlesque performance that exists throughout the country, to establish it as the best extravagan.a of the day. The management have every reason to congratulate themselves upon the fact that nothing better of its kind has ever been seen than the "Corsair," "Cor-sair," with its crowd of pretty women, its magnititient mounting, and the hilarity hi-larity that runs throughout tho ovening. It has been an enormous success suc-cess in every large city in the country and there is little doubt but that the audience here will come near testing the capacity of the house. The Corsair'' is like a child's toy store, there are lots of pretty thing in it. Lila Wow, of the "Corsair" company, com-pany, is a graceful, sensuous sort of creature, and her presence is a constant con-stant reminder of the pleasures of life. A-A w |
