The said action Is brought to have a decree of this court dissolving the bond of matrimony existing between plaiuti ff and defendant, and absolving each of the parlies hereto from all obligations thereof; atiove relief prayed on the uround that on or atxiut the loth day of April, 1KSS, detendsnt, disregarding the solemnity sol-emnity of her marriage vow, wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned this plaintiff, and has ever since continued to so desert and abandon him, and to live separate and apart from him, against his w ill and without with-out his consent.
