United States Attorney Gilchrist today made complaint com-plaint before Judge Jenkins in the Federal Fed-eral court, that certain employees of Swift fc Company, dressed beef ship-i ship-i pers, had rents ed to answer certain j questions as to discriminations iu the i railroad rates in favor of that firm put to them by the Federal grand jury on j the ground that by so doing they might ' incriminate themselves.
