Show REJECTED THE CLAIMS. A New Phase or the British-Italian Negotiations. Ne-gotiations. Rome, Oct. 15. The semi-official account ac-count of the rupture in the negotiations between Italy and England, regarding tbe delimitation of the frontiers of the Red Sea territory, says that, the , delegates dele-gates of each power made mutual concessions con-cessions and agreed upon the details for delimitation of the territory. Articles of a projected convention were also agreed upon concerning the territory, with the exception of the occupation of Kassala by Italy, when Sir Evelyn Bor-ring, Bor-ring, one of. the British delegates, unexpectedly un-expectedly advanced new and excessive claims, which Italy rejected. |
