Tsivlor. defendant: ?OU ARE HEKEBY REQUIRED TOAP-I TOAP-I pear In an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff in the District Court of the Third Judicial District of Iho Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint tiled therein wirin ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after the service on you of this summons If served within this county: or if served out. of this county, but In this district, within twenty days: otherwise within forty days or judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you, according ac-cording to the prayer of said complaint. The said action in brought to have a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony heretofore existing between plaintiff and defendant; awarding plaintiff custody of the child. Carey Peebles Taylor, issue of said marriage, mar-riage, aud costs of suit. Above decree prayed for on the ground that since the first eight months of their marriage defendant has wll-lully wll-lully failed, refused and neglected to provide for plaintiff the common necessaries of life, or to provide for their said child. That since June, 1887, defendant has contributed absolutely abso-lutely nothing toward the support of plaintiff or their child, although often requested to do so. and bus compelled plaintiff to support, out ofherowu means, both defendant and their said child. And you are hereby notified that, it you fall to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded therein. Witness, the Hon.
