Show A Pretty and Mysterious Passenger. There is a passenger on the trains between be-tween Wilmington and . Philadelphia whose eccentrio conduct is beginning to cause the conductors to wonder who she is and what her business may be. She is quite a handsome young person, cer-taiulynot cer-taiulynot more than 25 years of age, well dressed and perfectly proper in her demeanor. For the past six or seven months she has come to the city four or fire times a week, usually on tne Pennsylvania Penn-sylvania railroad, but occasionally on the Baltimore and Ohio. She is alwaysalone at the Wilmington depots, takes whatever what-ever seat may be most convenient in the car, and, so far as the trainmen have observed, ob-served, has never spoken to anybody. On arriving in the city, whether "it be at Broad street station or the Baltimore and Ohio depot, she goes into the ladies' i waiting room, sits there perhaps an hour or two, but sometimes half the day, and then takes a return train to Wilmington. She never seems to be looking for any one or to have gone outside the station j during the time between trains. Philadelphia Phila-delphia Inquirer., |
