Show 0 ROUND MOUNTAIN REPORT the round mountain mining company of round mountain nevada with main office at goldfield has issued its quarterly report for the fiscal year ending nov 30 1911 in this report J R davis president and manager says for the quarter ending november 1911 the company mined mine d and milled tons of ore at a total cost of or at a cost of per ton from the tons milled which was of a gross value of or per ton we recovered gold to the value of or per ton in addition to which we had miscellaneous earnings of or ac per ton making a total gross earning of or per ton and a net operating profit of or per ton our operating cost of per ton includes a depreciation charge of per ton on november the company had cash on hand during the quarter a large tonnage of material was milled from the surface at no 2 plant this material had to be removed in order that we might gain a shorter haulage distance to our no 2 ore bins and as it carried enough values to pay a small profit above milling costs it was deemed advisable to put it through the mill with the result that he value of our mill heads were reduced below the regular mine run of ore the main or crosscut cross cut was extended a distance of feet and on Nove november imber was out a total distance of 1453 feet A has been carried down on the vein to a depth of 70 feet below the level and a drift from the bottom of the extended easterly a distance of 60 feet these workings are in ore averaging 10 to 12 per ton since the last report we ordered a crusher and conveyor which are to be installed in the crosscut cross cut to handle the ore above the level from the foot wall section this machinery is all at the mine and will be installed and in operation within the next fifty to sixty days and when in operation we will be bible able to handle the foot wall ore to better advantage and at a greater profit this for the reason that the foot wall material will be mechanically classified instead of hand sorted and for the further reason that the oversize over size or waste from the will be crammed to the surface through the tunnel instead of being hoisted general conditions at the mine are satisfactory is on december alth in the davidson case at tonopah To judge averill denied a new trial tria except upon terms which our colm company pany refuses to accept and it has been appealed to the supreme court for review for your information will add that the condition imposed was the payment of the plaintiff davidsons vid sons expenses in the former trial an amount in excess of the next report will not be issued until after r our annual meeting and it is the intention to amend our bylaws by laws so that our fiscal year and fiscal quarters will conform to the calendar year and quarters therefore our fiscal year will end with march and the annual meeting will not be held until may instead of april |
