military parade ot oC the Elks ii and citizens Everybody was out In LU their uniforms and colors and the pro 4 of sightseers was vas almost as asim 4 Imposing im as the pageant itself The spirit of pervaded the at atmosphere atmosphere It contagious and ev cv every ever after atter cheer i ery er one Olle caught it Cheer lang jang out for the boys In purple and andI I white In nearly four bUcks The parade pa ade was length lengths and end was vas one of the most plc pic picturesque 4 that has baD been seen In the city 1 It was an Elk affair and it was car carried i ned ried through in the manner that the Elk have ba a reputation of doing things From the th starting point to the end I x of f the line of march the sidewalks and streets were lined wIth masses of peo people pIe eager to
