Prevention of Fires:" "Section 2. No person shall be allowed within the limits of the city to discbarge or set off any rocket, squib, cracker or other fireworks without the consent of the Mayor, specifying the time when, and the place where, the same may be dons." The penalty for a violation of the provisions of said ordinance is by a fine of not loss than one nor more than ninety-nine dollars.
