The following persons have given notice of their intsntion to be present at the funeral on Monday: Secretary of war, secretary secre-tary of the navy, attorney general, first assistant postmaster general, a committee of the United States senate, committee of the house of representatives, representa-tives, the governors of Ohio and Illinois, Illi-nois, Btate officers of Illinois, Mayor Moore and ex-Mayors Davis and Johnson of Cincinnati, committees ol the board of trade and chamber of commerce, Cincinnati; board of aldermen alder-men and common council, Cincinnati; Cincin-nati; representatives of the judiciary and federal officers at Cincinnati; Hon. William Henry Smith, General Anwin Staler. Col. Pierce. William Penn Nixon of Chicago; Hon. Bland Ballard, Hon. J. M. Harlan, General James Ekin, Hon. James Speed of Louisiana; Colonel R. G. Ingersoll, Peoria, Ills.; Col. James B. Eades, St. Louis. Large numbers of prominent promi-nent men of this state and elsewhere have aiso telegraphed their intention of being here. |
