Afterwards, at a meeting of the stockholders of said bank, the following follow-ing resolution, confirming the action of the board of directors wasoflered and unanimously adopted: Resolved, That this association, the Salt Laka City National Bank of Utah, shall forthwith go into liquidation liquida-tion aud be closed as a National Bank, aa provided by the National Banking Act.
