Show The Foreign Bora Rifleman. At a meeting of the foreign born rifle team, J.E.Bamberger was elected chairman and G. A. Meears, secretary. secre-tary. The following resolutions were adopted : Resoloed, that at any time between the present date and the 10th day of October, any three or more recognized recog-nized competitors for positions in the Foreign rifle team may practice in each other's presence, and upon the conclusion of any number of scores of ten shots each, they may each vouch by their signatures for the correctness of the score, when the said record shall be kept by the secretary to their credit; and upon tbe final report re-port being made, the positions of the several competitors shall ba determined deter-mined thereby. Resolved, further, that no record of less than forty shots by any one marksman shall not be recognized. The Bcorea must be certified to as being be-ing oonsecutive.
