Great preparations are being made at the Guildhall for tho reception of General Grant on Friday. General Grant, on his arrival, will be received by the lord mayor and corporation, and be conducted the library where the chamberlain of Loudon will present pre-sent him with the freedom of the city accompanied by an appropriate address. ad-dress.
