Show American Wines. New York, 23. Experiments have been making with American wines at 'he agricultural school of Montpen-sier, Montpen-sier, France. Eighty-five kinds tested were manufactured at the school, and 120 diflerent samples were sent from American wine growers. At the last meeting of the French association for the advancement of science, M. Saint Pierre spoke very encouragingly of the tnture of American wines. He said: Twti great defects have to be overcome with time.
