Show The C'olton Cases. Washington, 2-1. The court of claims, to-day, confirmed the reports of special Commissioner Evelcth with several amendments. Theso cover a number of claims involving large amounts of cotton. Tho first fund, consisting of Vicksburg and Xaleuez cottou which was so intermingled as to destroy its identity, was ordered to stand at the sum of $U4S,0U0. Ju addition to the above judgments were rendered in about thirty-eight separate coses, covering 5,500 haks of cotton, which at the sum paid by the court, gives the total of nearly a million dollars. dol-lars.
