Show Speed Premiums. Following is the list of premiums offered by the Deeeret Agricultural and Manufacturing Society lor horses making the best showing under the several conditions. Tne management manage-ment of the races is under a joint committee ol the Driving Park Association Asso-ciation and the Agricultural Sooiety; tbe contests commencing at 2 o'clock each day: First Day, October 3d. A premium of $50 for horses that never beat 2.50; mile heats; best three in five, to harness and rule; three or more to enter; two or more to start. Half mile and repeat, handicap running race; open to all comers, Ii,r a premium of 125; $15 to the first horse and $10 to tbe second; three or more to enter; two or more to start. ! Second Day, October -ith. Free (or all trotting race, for a premium ol $50; mile heaU; beat three in five, to rule, (subject to handicap); three or more to enter; two or more to start. Sincle dasb of a half mile, for a premium of $20 $10 t the first borie, $7 to the second and $3 to the ihird; three or more to enter and start; subject to a handicap. Ten per cent, of the premiums will be charged as entrance fee. |
