Show The warm weather has again placed New York dogs under the ban, notwithstanding it has been so satisfactorily proven that rabies and hydrophobia have nothing to do with the seasons and are liable to develop themselves at any time. The World thinks men, not doge, go mad in hot weather, and suggests: "All dogs that dream of winning a blue ribbon next year at Gilmore's garden should go into the country and return in September, Sep-tember, when men begin to recover what they are pleased to denominate their senses." |
