Writing up Utah. Wc sec by the Western Rural, the Grangers' organ, that Hon. George C. Bates, of this city, is engaged in writing writ-ing a series of letters on Utah affaire for that journal. The Rural says: Mr. Bates is a man of rare capacity capa-city for judgingofthesubject whereon he writes, and he proposes to give Utah such a showing as she deserves, and which she has hitherto, from unjust un-just prejudice or conflicting interests, been denied through the press.
