Now that his ixceiieney, the governor, has been received among us, and has made a jhorl speech in the parlor of the Walker house, hist evening, on the occasion of tho otlieial welcome by the military of Camp Douglas and it being euch the citizens who assembled as-sembled in front of the hotel could expect no more from his excellency than an acknowledgment of their loud calls I say let Ui, every American, jump for joy, and give thro cheers for our darling hoy, Bravo Washi lg-ton lg-ton !
