Show Conflict of Authority. Memphis, 2S. W. B. Greenlaw, president of the Memphis and Little Rock railway, to-day issued an order to the officers and employes notifying them that the road had passed into the handa of the trustees, and designating desig-nating R..K. Dow of New Hampshire as manager for tiie trustees as custodian custo-dian of the property, aud in charge ol the running of the road. Hugh L. lirinkley, vice-president, who owns two-thirds of the roatl, immediately I applied for an injunction, which was 1 granted, as neither B:inkley nor any I director had authorized tho transler I ol the managemet to Dow. Briuklcy holds poisossion of the depot and the office here and will contiue to do so unless the injunction be dissolved. 1 |
