Show THE TERRITORIES. Several tons of ice have been put up by the citizens of Olympia. E. S. Barr, inspector of customs at Oysterville, says that so far this season sea-son 70,566 baskets of oysters were exported from Shoalwater Bay, for the months of SeDtember, October, and November. Within tho past year several fine vessels have been built on the Sound. Among the -many places on Pugct Sound where vessels have been built, Port Discover has turned out her full quota, and the vessels launched from her stocks rank as well as any built on these waters. On Friday of last week the house on A. Mabie's farm, at Robinson's Srairie, near Olympia, was entirely estroyed by fire, including furniture. The cause is unknown, as the men who have the place in charge were absent at the time. Mabie places his loss at $2,000. |
