Show Granite District. This distriot, which sometime ago was the objeot of a large-sized excitement, and was subsequently sub-sequently denounced as a "bilk," gives promise of containing some valuable mines. Messrs, Palmor, Clark, Ben-Bon Ben-Bon and Lounsberry have concluded to invest $3,000 a month until next April on four mines in the district, behoving that by that time they will have developed devel-oped leads that will be a fair showing of the mineral wealth which it is held tho distriot possesses. They havo now well defined leads giving assayB of $50 to $60 per ton, with no shaft down more thao eight feet. |
